Opening to Channel

“Opening to Channel” is a familiar phrase for the ability to listen to messages and advise from the Spirit World. In this workshop you will meet your Spirit Guides and Angels through a simple hypnotic venture into your “internal workshop”. Once introductions have been made, we will explore the various methods that non physicals use to communicate with the physical world. Various procedures for recognizing and being more open to messages from the Spirit World are discussed. This is definitely an experiential workshop and all open minded individuals will take past wisdom and new skills home with them.

Viewing Auras
All living organisms, be they human, animal or plant life, emanate an electromagnetic energy field. This waveform is called your “aura”. Auras may be observed by the naked eye as wavy vibrations of color. It is also possible to capture them on film by a process known as Kirlian photography.

The color of your aura is affected by your physical condition, your degree of spiritual awareness, your physical surroundings (such as the proximity of crystals and other energy sources), and the degree of mental and emotional stress present in the body.

Visualization
Visualization is the process of using your own mental abilities to affect a change in your life or to facilitate a better life. Visualization allows you to create your own world. It is used by professional and amateur athletes to improve their performance. It is used by students and scholars to facilitate remembering information for lectures and examinations. Afraid of a presentation you have to give, or asking your boss for a raise? Visual yourself in the midst of the activity and, once you see how easy it is to do, breeze through the actual event. Healing Modalities

Buddhist Chanting

Come join us in experiencing and learning Buddhist chants. Helen Feng was introduced to Buddhist chanting in her native China. Throughout the years she has relied upon it to clear blockages, cleanse and empower her life and to bring internal wisdom and peace. Helen has been honored to help souls transition to the sound of her chanting. Expect to reach very deep levels of meditation.

Generally scheduled for the second Thursday of the month from 7:30-8:30pm. Check the current month calendar for the exact date. Fee $10.

Drumming Chanting Healing Circle

Learn to use the rhythms of the earth to soothe and heal the body, mind and spirit. Bring a drum, rattle or noise maker to maintain the beat of your heart. Each session starts with a Native American cleansing/dedication ceremony using sage. American Indian and East Indian chants are both utilized during the circle. You will experience the vibration of the earth and your heart, and may even be carried to journey outside of yourself on the waves of the beat.

EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT can be described as a simple, one minute tapping technique, wherein you tap on a few points of the acupuncture meridians on your body to release the hold of negative emotions, past and current. Use it to bring more peace, love and joy into your life. Without voicing your issues out loud, learn to release the hold strong negative emotions attached to your memories. It will be just like watching an old movie. Join us for an interactive, powerful experience.

If you experience colon problems, weight issues, back pain, breast issues, anger, fears or phobias, check out EFT. The workshop is facilitated by Tom Masbaum, an Advanced EFT practitioner, who has presented EFT individually and in groups to over 700 people all over the US and in Europe. Tom brings his loving presence into a practical learning experience, helping you to reduce stressful emotions. EFT will help you to have more confidence in life, knowing that you can release crippling negative emotions. Many physical symptoms have also been reduced or have completely disappeared.

Reiki

Reiki is the transference of energy from the Universe, know as the Universal Life Force Energy, into the body, aura, or energy fields of the recipient to affect a change. This change generally is perceived as a “healing”. It is not just limited to physical healing but also encompasses mental, emotional and spiritual healing. This method of energy healing is beneficial to the practitioner as well as to the recipient since the energy travels through the practitioner on its way to the client

The name comes from a Japanese Character. Rei – in spiritual or esoteric context stands for the Higher Intelligence that guides the creation and functioning of the Universe and is the source of guidance in our lives. It is infinite and all knowing and guides all actions within all realms. Rei is also translated as God, Goddess, Universal Mind, and Christ Consciousness, to just mention a few. Rei knows the cause of all problems and difficulties and how to heal them. Ki – is a nonphysical energy that flows in all living things: humans, animals, and plants. Ki has many names: prana, chi, bioplasma, life force, etc.

A good functional definition for our use is that Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki is the Wisdom of God that directs the life force energy to be used for the purposes of the Higher Good of the person receiving it. Reiki has an intelligence of its own, it goes where it is needed.

All Reiki degrees are individually or team taught by Reiki Master Teacher Toni Winninger (with Certified Lineage in the Usui Method). Classes must be taken in order and each class is approximately eight hours in length (depends on the number of initiates). First Degree Reiki

First degree Reiki attunes you to balancing/healing on the physical body level. You learn how to do Reiki treatments on yourself and others. It deals with the here and now…that is, only with people who are physically present. After this first degree initiation, a student is ready to assist in the healing of self and others.

Second Degree Reiki

Second degree Reiki attunes you to healing/balancing on the mental and emotional levels. It allows one to facilitate mental and emotional clearings. You further learn distance techniques that you utilize to facilitate absentee treatments. In distance healing, in addition to dealing with existing conditions, one also learns to fix his or her own or someone else’s incomplete past. Repressed emotions may surface such as anger, grief, fear, or sadness, so that they can be cleared. Old thoughts forms or addictions may also appear resulting in the ability to facilitate a thorough cleansing.

Master / Teacher Degree
Master Degree Reiki attunes one to healing on the spiritual level and to complete the mastery of the Reiki energies. You learn how to utilize the powerful Master symbol, how to initiate others and to teach Reiki. Spiritual purification may develop during this time resulting in insights, revelations and greater understandings of life and purpose.

Light Language

Light Language is the use of color and sacred geometry to convey your intention to the Universe. Each of our thoughts carries a message which travels to the neurons of the brain where it is transformed into electromagnetic impulses. These impulses convert into concepts that our conscious mind can interpret. Clear thoughts with our clear intentions produce messages that then emanate from the surrounding environment as Light Language.

This is a Sacred teaching of the Mexican Curanderos or Medicine Men, dating back through the Mayan Indian Tradition for over twenty-five uninterrupted generations. Don’t miss this opportunity to become a Shamanistic Alchemist with the ability to change yourself and your environment. It has been taught in the United States since 1993 and it is spreading throughout the World thanks to the effort of Starr Fuentes who spent over three years in the Jungles of Mexico to learn the forms from her teacher Esperanza. Light Language is a “caught” teaching. That is to say it can not be learned by simply reading a book or watching a video. To truly learn to work with light requires sitting in the presence of a Light Language Teacher. As the student sits in the trained teacher’s presence, she/he subconsciously receives 10,000 pieces of information per minute out of the teacher’s aura. This is what is called “caught” teaching. The student literally catches the material being emanated out of the teacher’s aura

Once absorbed by a student, Light Language is conveyed by intention and your conscious state must agree with three principles for this to be successful:
- Your thoughts create your reality
- You are 100% responsible for your reality
- As above, so below

When you accept that these principles are universal laws, you can use them to your advantage. You begin to manifest the reality that you have been seeking and your tool is light!.

Beginning Light Language

The beginning level starts with 7-shaped sequences of color and geometries, called grids, to consciously create what you desire in your life. In this Beginning class you will learn to recognize how we use color and geometry in our environment. You will concentrate on the seven chakra colors and seven basic shapes. With these grids you can change the energy of a person, a room, a vehicle, etc. This course builds a firm foundation in Light Language energy work.

Intermediate Light Language

At the intermediate level you learn to establish energy patterns in grids of 49 colored shapes that create energy waves that are powerful enough to affect an area as large as a community. You learn nine more colors and seven more shapes. In addition you are exposed to over 160 proven dis-ease grids that are known to have an affirmative affect on the named dis-eases. You create “Service grids” to give back to the community for the energy that you use for personal reasons. in the extensive manual.

Pre-requisite: Beginning Light Language. Class is 16 hours of instruction and hands on grid writing over two days. Extensive manual included. Fee: $263.

Advanced Light Language

Advanced Light Language takes you into the realm of all levels of existence the spiritual mental, emotional, and physical aspects of the soul. You create energy waveforms with 144 color/shape combinations. You rewrite the blueprints of your journey on planet Earth. To facilitate this, you become familiar with over 80 geometries and 150 colors. This is not a course to be taken lightly.

Pre-requisite: Intermediate Light language. The investment in time is 40 hours of instruction and hands on grid writing. Three manuals are included. Fee: $1100.

Alpha Meditation Class

You Will Learn To:
- Quiet the chatter of the mind
- Open the creative level of mind within the Alpha State

- Create a “Screen of the Mind” for study and memory recall

This class is based partially on the Silva Method of Meditation. You have been told that you need to make your mind a blank in order to meditate. Well that just doesn’t work; you have to place yourself somewhere where your mind isn’t. Meditation is from the heart, thus it is feeling and not thinking that allows you to meditate. You will experience a place from within that we refer to as a “Scene of Nature”. You will be able to feel, which allows you to start seeing, touching and experiencing everything within your “Scene of Nature”. It is in this space that you will find a peacefulness within which to begin your meditation.

You then create a workshop within your subconscious. This allows you to remain conscious while within your subconscious mind. Your workshop is a place where you allow yourself to feel and manifest that which you need. This is also the place that you can begin healing yourself and others.

After securing your workshop, you will receive your Spirit Guides within this workshop. They will assist you in your meditations and healings.

THERE ARE 4 LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS:

BETA: Your everyday 3^rd dimensional level of functioning.

ALPHA: The creative level of the artist and mediators.

THETA: The lucid conscious dream state where you learn from the subconscious mind.

DELTA: The deepest level of meditation known as the Zen Level where you may repair health issues.

Purpose of Class

This class teaches you to enter the subconscious mind reaching the alpha wave lengths of the brain. You enter what we call a “Scene of Nature” where only you can go, a place to quiet the chatter of the mind in order to begin your meditation. This is the “Seating of the Mind”, the place to start your meditation. From the alpha state you will learn to enter into the “Theta Level” where you will develop an “Internal Workshop”. Within this workshop, you will meet both your Spirit Guides and experience bringing in individual’s etheric bodies where you can communicate with and learn to help others through the healing process.

Many students use the “Screen of The Mind” within the mental workshop as a way to record important information. You can write down all your needed facts on the screen, just like writing down your notes on a physical paper. Then, when you have a need for that information as during an exam, you may copy the saved information from your “notes”. The “Screen of the Mind” is also used to bring other individuals through and into your workshop. This is where many healers utilize their healing abilities when working at a distance.

Ascension Seat Meditation

You will be traveling in a Group Merkaba to the highest Vortex in North America, Shasta Mountain. Here in Northern California, in the city of Telos, you will enter Sananda’s Ascension Seat. There are many ascension seats that exist at higher frequencies that cannot be seen in ones normal frequency. Once you reach the same level of vibration as the Ascension Seat, the place that you are visiting becomes visible and just as physical as the vibrational place that you normally live in.

There is a dual purpose for visiting Ascension Seats. It is here that you combine your highest energy with the energy being offered to you within the Ascension Seat which is perceived as being similar to a vortex. The combination of both energies allows you to rise to your highest individual energy level which in turn allows the retrieval of wisdom experienced in past incarnations.

The second purpose is for you to enter the highest energized level that you comprehend while still in human form and it is here that you begin your meditation. Meditation at this level allows one to start communicating with the “Ascended Masters”.

This meditation is for those older souls consciously working on the 4^th and 5^th dimensional levels. Merkaba Meditation

The Merkaba Meditation uses your self contained Lightbody apparatus to travel to other dimensions and planets. Within your aura you have an undeveloped energy body that surrounds your human form. When this apparatus is activated, it forms a Sacred Geometric Figure referred to as a Star Tetrahedron. Through the process of meditation, you will develop, construct and activate this structure. Albert Einstein stated that to travel through space, we must travel at least the speed of light. Our bodies can not withstand that speed, thus under meditation, we develop and enter our Merkaba; joining with that energy you will travel at the speed of light and beyond. After the Merkaba is activated, you will acquire a 55 ft sphere around your body and the Star Tetrahedron. Upon completion, you will travel connected in a group Merkaba through time and space to other dimensions. We will end up at Mt. The Eight Week Sessions

1. Removing the Emotional Charge: When an outside stimulus affects one of your emotions, it causes a reaction creating a feeling. Most people just live with those feelings of positive or negative. Here you will learn to identify those feelings in order to resolve them and then reuse those energies for your higher level of consciousness.

2. Letting Go of Attachments: The holding on to physical objects, individuals and emotional issues produces a charge that drains one’s energy within the present level of consciousness. By letting go of those charges, but not the objects or individuals, it allows you to release non-serving belief systems in order to redirect and use your energy for the next level of the consciousness.

3. Detachment and Losses: As you let go of your attachments, you must also feel the emotional detachment associated with those losses. The space created by the losses allows an opened area in order for you to then select what attachments you desire to maintain instead of being programmed by society. The universal law of attraction states, “What you fear, you need to experience”, and you will attract that fear into your life. Facing, rather than hiding from your fears of loss, eliminates the need to experience devastating losses and allows you entry into your next level consciousness.

4. Feeling of Emptiness – Depression: The feeling of loss is the indication that you have truly detached. Depression is a lack of energy which produces the feeling of emptiness. The Process of Depression cuts you off from your normal life style and leads you inward, if accepted, on a pathway of self-discovery. Withdrawal from normal activities allow the clearing of emotional issues, making room for higher levels of awareness and produces a higher vibrational way of life. The length and depth of the depression is determined by the time needed to let go of issues and the facing of your true self. Experiencing the pain of depression is the grieving process of the death of the old self. Now you have the opportunity to let the old die and be reborn into your next level of consciousness.

5. Cleansing The Way: As you enter your newly created space, subconscious and unconscious thoughts along with feelings from this life and past lives will begin to surface. These subconscious feelings are then realized and resolved allowing you to release tremendous amounts of energy needed for higher consciousness as you ascend to your next higher level of existence. When the unconscious becomes conscious, there is nothing left to hide, leaving you free from any emotional charges and issues of vulnerability.

6. Reclaiming Your Soul: You live only one life of the soul, with many reflections of that soul in human forms. As you clean up what your ego has created in this life, you then have time to recall those past life experiences and reclaim the wisdom earned. Wisdom is your experience applied in the physical world and that wisdom becomes the consciousness of your soul. We have all the knowledge that exists as we are made in the image and likeness (soul energy) of the God Force. What allows us to be different is the consciousness of the wisdom that we experience. Thus, to finish this round, you will need the consciousness of the wisdom of those Past Lives in order to allow the integration of those lives into one complete and whole life, Your Conscious Soul.

7. Unconditional Loving of Self: We are all one at the soul level, thus loving yourself allows you to love others as yourself. You can love another only at the level that you love yourself. As you increase your love of self, you are able to share, rather than give your love away. Sharing of everyday events may produce compatibility, but to share how one feels about themselves and the activities they experience is sharing from the heart. Ask yourself, can you share who you truly are without expressing what you do and know? Sharing your feelings from the heart rather than the mind produces love creating the feeling of fulfillment for both individuals. When two people are able to share and feel this energy of love, it flows, fuses and blends into a third consciousness. The relationship then feeds off this higher voltage of conscious energy. When this third and greater force is experienced between individuals, the God Source is then realized. 8. Transformation of Self: As you go through the Process of Ascension, you experience a shift of consciousness, a paradigm that allows you to rise into Humanity’s next level of evolution. These levels of consciousness (4th & 5th dimensions), are the next natural emotional and physical evolutionary steps for humanity. If you cannot make this series at this time, call and ask to be placed on our waiting email list. We have found that many cannot make the commitment of all 8 weeks. Each week is not contingent on the last, thus if you miss a meeting, we do discuss the prior weeks’ material before starting the next session. Many of our members have continued with each 8 week group session, as they realized their higher vibrations along with increase of group consciousness.
